The Disposable Pulse Lavage System is a versatile, lightweight single-use device engineered for effective wound debridement following orthopedic procedures. Powered by standard AA batteries, it combines convenience with clinical efficacy for the removal of necrotic tissue, bacteria, and foreign material whilst providing controlled pressure for efficient cleansing and irrigation. The system features independent fluid and suction tubes, a textured barrel and handle for secure grip, and dual-speed operation—low speed for gentle lavage and high speed for powerful cleaning action.
Clinical applications span trauma surgery, total hip and knee arthroplasty, and spinal procedures. The system includes two interchangeable tips: a 35 mm diameter splash shield cone tip for general wound irrigation and a 270 mm long intra-medullary tip for deep canal cleansing. An optional high-capacity brush tip with radial spray function is available for specialized applications.
