Applied emergently for an APC-II injury; the anterior frame closed the ring and helped stabilise the patient haemodynamically. Supra-acetabular pins engaged well and the connecting rods are stiff.

Good for provisional stabilisation
Does its job as a resuscitation-phase frame. I'd have liked slightly longer Schanz pins in the set for larger patients, but the clamp system is sound.
