Clinical overview
The PFNA Nail Instrument Set provides the complete surgical toolchain for proximal femoral nail antirotation procedures. From initial entry-point preparation and guide-pin placement through proximal reaming, nail insertion, helical blade advancement and distal locking, every step is supported by a dedicated, purpose-matched instrument.
Dedicated guide bars and positioning frames for both short and long nail configurations allow the surgeon to address intertrochanteric, subtrochanteric and reverse-obliquity fracture patterns with a single tray. Integrated soft-tissue protection sleeves and separating devices minimise iatrogenic tissue damage during drilling and locking.
